Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Thang recently delivered an important speech, calling on the whole country to break through traditional thinking patterns and concentrate on building Vietnam's independent railway industry system. He emphasized that the construction of railway projects and the development of railway industry are strategic tasks related to the long-term development of the country, and must be promoted with the efforts of the whole country.

Fan Mingzheng pointed out that the large-scale and technically complex construction of new railway infrastructure projects is an unprecedented challenge for Vietnam. However, it is precisely this challenge that forces Vietnam to establish its own railway industry system. This is not only to meet the current and future needs of railway construction, but also to enhance the independent innovation capability of railway technology and promote the upgrading of related industries.

In terms of specific project promotion, Fan Mingzheng has put forward clear requirements.
